Savannah's ECFE teacher, Ms. K, is currently in a medical study for a new drug to treat her rare form of lukemia. She travels back & forth from Eden Prairie, MN to Ann Arbor, MI every other week for treatment. She has her own blog & in today's entry she asked for a small favor that I think all of you can help with too. Ms K. entered a contest with the MN Twins. Here is her request from her blog:
"I have been a lifelong Minnesota Twins fan. They are having a "Going to Bat for Breast Cancer" for breast cancer survivors. I entered the contest with my story, for I am a breast cancer survivor as well. I need your votes! Each team will have a winner that is the Bat Girl for a home game on Mother's Day. I would love to be in the dugout with my favorite team! Please click on the link below, it should take you to page 49 where you will see a picture of our family and read my story. Eggcellent Dinner with Friends:-)
We had a great time at the Schatz House for Easter dinner. They had an egg hunt for the kids & tons of yummy food. It was great to meet new people & watch Savannah have tons of fun with little ones her age. Enjoy the pictures!
