Dance Party

We are having a crazy week to say the least. Our new refrigerator has already had its first visit from the repairman for a leak in the main line for the coolant. OH BOY!! Can you tell how happy I am?! We lost everything in our fridge & freezer & didn't have a refridgertor until Friday afternoon. So we were like campers with our cooler & ice:-). Oh well, I guess it is an excuse not to cook. But I love cooking & especially with the new stove/oven. It is what relaxes me through all of the remodeling stress:-). I guess we will be doing our part to strengthen the Eden Prairie(EP) restaurant economy.

Matt & our neighbor, Kenny, sprayed the ceiling in the 4th level, we have painted walls & trim, installed doors & trim, & finally have people coming to install our carpet Monday morning. The carpet situation is a very long story but I will sum it up like this---don't use Home Depot always stick with Lowes. The end is near--that is my mantra.

We have had some fun this week. Tuesday after the bad news of the fridge, Savannah & I went to the Potty Dance Party at the Mall of America. If you are unfamiliar with the Pull Up Potty Dance you should check it out at www.pullups.com. Minneapolis is one of the four cities that had the fun party. Savannah got to go to her first concert & they gave out pink tutus & maracas for the girls & bow ties & hats for the boys:-). Savannah danced & grooved to the music for over an hour. It was great to see her have so much fun. This morning we had a great play date & lunch with our friends. It's always fun to go to someone else's house & play with new toys & have a change of scenery. Especially when the scenery in your house is paint cans, chaulk, drywall dust, & a crazy dog:-).

Rosie is here this week while Matt is in New Orleans. Matt & I have been so thankful that she could be here to help us with Savannah so we can paint, yell at Home Depot, & help with a little stress. Here are a few pictures & video of the last week....
